  • Personnel at reception desk seemed very unexperienced and spoke hardly any english or german. Communication was pretty hopeless! We had a double room with double bed, one big matras but no fitting sheets. Bed was covered with 2 overlapping single bed sheets which were also way too short!! This resulted that the pillows were laying directly on the matras without a cover of any kind. We find this not hygienic as anyone will understand. Complaining at the receptiondesk had no effect. We got an extra blanket instead !!!??? Friends of ours in another room had the same problem and we all ended up "buying" our own sheet in town!!! For an hotel this size we found all this unbelieveble. Never again !!
