  • Dobrý den, pobyt na hotelu se nám v podstatě líbil, Hotel je jednoduchý, ale to nic nebrání tomu, abyste měli více klientů. Velice chválíme přístup personálu. Přesto, že nás hostů tam bylo pomálu, nic nám nechybělo, snídaně pestré, dostačující, pozvali jsme kamarády na večeři a také byli spolu s námi spokojeni. Chválíme dobrý přístup a sílu WIFI po celém hotelu. Příjemné je sezení venku, pokud počasí dovolí, dostatečné místo na bezplatné parkování. Závěr - spokojenost a doporučuji všem. Vodrážkovi karlovarský kraj.

  • Pokoje jsou dobré, koupelny dost malé, ale jsou na /snad/ každém pokoji, což je příjemné. Snad bych upozornila na malá umyvadla, není možné si pořádně umýt ruce - chybí prostor mezi kohoutkem a umyvadlem. Také bych doporučila výměnu tlelevizí, ty co jsme měli na pokoji jsou opravdu hodně zastaralé - ale to asi souvisí s finanční situací hotelu. Trochu nám to vadilo, ale byli jsme celé dny venku na výletech, takže jen malá zmínka.
